**Terms and Conditions**
Our Terms and Conditions are straightforward and may be updated periodically. Additional labor or transport may incur supplementary charges. Customers are responsible for parking expenses, including any congestion charges applicable in central London. Any parking fines incurred due to a lack of suitable free parking will also be borne by the customer.
Storage clients are required to ensure that their items are properly packed, as any damage incurred will be the customer's responsibility. Claims for lost items must be substantiated with the original purchase receipt and will be evaluated based on depreciation and loss of value. Please note that mirrors are not covered by insurance under any circumstances.
For student storage, prices apply from May until the end of September. If students do not retrieve their storage by the end of October, the items will be disposed of unless prior communication has been established or charges for current or future storage have been settled.
All customers should ensure that their items are adequately packaged to prevent damage. Responsibility for any resultant damage will rest with the customer.
Waiting time will be billed at a rate of £20 per hour or any part thereof. Please note that any advance payments or deposits made are non-refundable.
Any illegal items will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon terms and these Conditions.
