are simple and are subject to change. Extra labour/transport may incur extra charges. Cost of parking will be the responsibility of the customer, along with central London congestion charges. Parking fines are the responsibility of the customer, if adequate free parking is not available.
Storage customers must ensure their items are correctly packed, any damage will be the responsibility of the customer. Any loss claims must be supported by the original purchase receipt. Such loss cases will be subject to depreciation and loss in value of the item. Mirrors are not insured in any case.
Student storage prices are from May till end of September. If students do not return to claim their storage by the end of October then their storage will be disposed of unless they make contact or return communications and or settle charges for current or future storage.
All customers must ensure their items are packaged/wrapped correctly to not allow damage. Any such damage will be the responsibility of the customer.
Waiting time will be charged at £20/hour or part thereof. Any advance payments or deposits are non-refundable.
Any illegal items will be reported to the correct authority.
Payments must be made according to agreement and these T&C's.
